病院内での撮影・録音、ブログ・ＳＮＳ等への投稿の禁止
当院では、患者様・職員の個人情報やプライバシーの保護、施設管理を適切に行う観点から病院長または法人の許可なく施設及び敷地内での写真や動画撮影・録音を禁止しています。
許可を得て撮影・録音したデータについてはインターネットでの公開、ブログ等のＳＮＳヘの無断掲載を禁止します。
In order to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of our patient and staff, and managing facilities appropriately, we prohibit the recording audio or video in our facilities and premises.
However, videoing and recordings may only be made for permitted purposes, by authorized individuals.
In addition, unauthorized posting of photos, videos and recorded data obtained with permission on the Internet, SNS, blogs, etc. is prohibited.
